Of course it would be better if the grand group of stakeholders for our projects were meaningfully involved and actively engaged in setting up the project for success.  But that’s like herding cats, right?

Join TUG co-founder Dan Klyn for a half-day workshop that equips participants with everything they need to work with stakeholders to develop a dynamic and durable agreement about what “good” means for a project or program of work.

Who this workshop is meant for

This workshop is meant for project and program managers, strategists, designers, and anybody else who can imagine themselves running a room full of stakeholders and helping those participants come to agreement on strategic direction and priorities together.

With this 3-hour training session under your belt, you’ll be able to plan and run the process for developing a model of stakeholder intent, and use the model to generate a map that everybody in the organization can follow as the work moves forward.

What else is there to do in Grand Rapids?

On the evening of July 17th, immediately following the Aligning Stakeholders workshop, TUG is hosting a free architecture walk that workshop attendees are especially welcome to take part in.
